Having a coach changed my life…..
I wasn’t always the knowledgeable fitness coach I am today… I was right where you are, no clue where to even begin with my fitness journey. My whole life I was always the sporty one, but one day I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognise the person looking back at me. Seeing how unhappy I was and not knowing how to change that, my partner suggested I hire a personal trainer. This was just the start of my transformation. Learning how to train and with heavy weights, my body shape completely changed, I am now happier, stronger and more in control of my mind and body than I ever have been before. Training has done more for me than just change my physical appearance, it has helped me become mentally stronger. Training helps create routine, not just in your sessions but every day life, you learn to plan and set goals, and then reach those goals. I have gained an incredible amount of knowledge over the years, which is why I am confident, I will help you achieve your goals.
My Dream Job…
I have been in the fitness industry for nearly 6 years now, and a full career as a self-employed personal trainer for the last 4 years. I studied Sports Science at university as-well as gaining personal training qualifications. I have helped many women and men reach their fitness goals, and have a very successful personal training business - LIVFitness Personal Training. Being a 1-1 trainer has brought me so much joy, changing peoples lives for the better and seeing their own transformations. Branching out and becoming an online coach is something I have always wanted to achieve. This is for the simple reason of wanting to help MORE people achieve their fitness goals.
Online coaching may be daunting because I won’t be training you face to face but I promise you, I will be with you every step of the way. My clients goals are extremely important to me, as well as your physical and mental well-being. This is why I work very closely with all my clients. I am available to contact 7 days a week with any questions you may have. My plans are tailored to your realistic goals that we set together and my aim is that you do not feel restricted with your diet and you are confident in your training sessions, thus making your whole transformation an enjoyable experience.
My Lifestyle Now….
Before 2019 I had never competed in a bodybuilding competition. It was always goal of mine but I didn’t know where to start, it was a completely new aspect to the fitness industry that I had yet to explore. A good friend and a competition coach gave me the push I needed to start my first competition prep. I went from never competing, to my first year competing in four shows, one of which I placed second (NABBA England Toned Figure) and another at the PCA British Finals coming home with a trophy placing 5th in Britain (Category: Toned Figure Tall). During this year I learnt so much about myself, how I could push my body so much further than I thought I every could. Doing any sort of cut, for a holiday, a wedding for a competition prep can push you physically but also mentally, but you will come out of it even stronger than you were before. After my last competition I stuck with my coach and reversed dieted. This was an extremely important process because I had rebounded (gaining a lot of weight in a short space of time) after my first two competitions. Reverse dieting was extremely important to me as I had a goal of where I wanted to be physically for my lifestyle. Creating a happy lifestyle, Which I have now successfully achieve. I enjoy social events, a weekly ‘free’ meal and most of all I enjoy LIFE! I have no strict restrictions. I stay active with my training and NEAT (Non-exercise activity thermogenesis) goals and my personally set macros and calories (which do change dependent on my goals). Currently I am in a maintenance phase of my lifestyle where I am maintaining my current physical shape and living a happy and healthy lifestyle.
